Confédération générale des travailleurs tunisiens

The Confédération générale des travailleurs tunisiens (CGTT; Arabic جامعة عموم العملة التونسية, DMG Ǧāmiʿat ʿumūm al-ʿamala at-tūnisiyya ; about: Association of Tunisian Workers ) was in January 1925 by Mohamed Ali El Hammi in Tunisia Founded labor movement of syndicalism .

The CGTT was the first independent labor movement within the French colonial empire and the first Tunisian labor movement. The CGTT endeavored to unite the labor movements emerging in the country at that time under its leadership and organized labor struggles throughout the country. The leadership of the French administration of the protectorate but managed quickly to push back the movement, leaders of the labor movement to arrest and in the exile banish. El Hammi was one of those affected.

The CGTT was later disbanded.
