Connie Darnowski
Connie Darnowski (actually Constance Stella Darnowski; born December 10, 1934 in Brooklyn ) is a former American hurdler .
Over 80 m hurdles she was eliminated in the preliminary run at the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952 and was sixth in the Pan American Games in 1955 in Mexico City. In 1956 she did not get past the first round again at the Olympic Games in Melbourne .
In 1952 and 1954 she was US champion over 80 m hurdles and in 1956 US indoor champion over 70 yard hurdles. She set her personal best in the 80 m hurdles of 11.6 s in 1956.
