The Conoco-Phillips Building is an office building in Anchorage , Alaska . The 22-story building measures 90.2 meters (296 ft. ), Making it the tallest building in Alaska since its completion in 1983.
The Conoco-Phillips Building is actually a building complex consisting of the main building and a smaller, 10-story annex building, which has connections to the main building. The name is derived from the largest tenant, ConocoPhillips , which uses the main building as the local headquarters, while the annex is a subsidiary of the New York Life Insurance Company and KPMG, among others .
The atrium is open to the public and has restaurants and a fountain. Some public local events are also held here.
