Constanze Jahn (born January 12, 1963 ) is a German chess player . She received the title International Women's Champion (WIM) from FIDE in 1991 .

Constanze Jahn shared first place with Tatjana Lematschko at the women's zone tournament in Graz in 1991 . She then took part in the interzonal tournament of the 1993 Women's World Cup in Subotica .

She won the German women's rapid chess championship twice , in 1998 in Wolfen and in 2005 in Halle / Saale. In 2001 she finished third. She was runner-up at the German women's lightning championship in 1991 in Markt Maßbach.

Jahn played in the women's Bundesliga from 1991 to 2015 with the USV Volksbank Halle (until 1993 VdS Buna Halle , from 1993 to 2006 USV Halle ) and won the title with him in 2007 . She also took part with Halle four times (1997, 2000, 2007 and 2010) in the women's European Club Cup . She has been a guest player in Rotation Pankow 's women's team since 2015 and was represented in the women's Bundesliga with them in the 2018/19 season. In general, Jahn plays for Post-SV Crimmitschau in the 2018/19 season .

Constanze Jahn played for the German women's selection at the 1992 Chess Olympiad and the 1992 European Team Championship.
