In 2004/06, KPS Grundstück GmbH , Bremen, built the seven-storey office and commercial building with a stacked floor and around 10,000 m² of usable space according to plans by the architect Oswald Mathias Ungers (Cologne). Arcades partially line the two lower floors. In the basement is u. a. the customer area of Sparda-Bank Hannover . Like many Ungers buildings, the facade is geometrically arranged in a grid with rectangular window elements. Light shell limestone frames the floor-to-ceiling windows. The two acute-angled corner views of the Herdentorsteinweg and the ramparts , dictated by the property, have a dominant and expressive effect .
