The Cooperativa de Ayuda Mutua Covicivi I is a building in the Uruguayan capital of Montevideo .

The building, erected as a residential building, consists of a total of four buildings, which today form the residential complex of the Cooperativa de Ayuda Mutua Covicivi , and is located in the Ciudad Vieja at Rambla 25 de Agosto de 1825 566-576, corner Ituzaingó . Extensive changes were made between 1994 and 1998 under the direction of the architect Raúl Vallés . The four old colonial-style buildings were renovated, added to the floor and combined into the current two and four-story residential project, some eleven, some 14 meters high.

The project was a finalist in the international competition in the First Biennale of Latin American Architecture, organized by the Mies van der Rohe Foundation in Barcelona .
