The Coral Gables Seminoles were an American ice hockey team from Miami , Florida . The team played in the Tropical Hockey League in the 1938/39 season .
history
The team was founded in 1938 as a franchise for the Tropical Hockey League , which was held for the first time . Like the other three players in the league, they played their home games at the Metropolitan Ice Palace in Miami, Florida, but represented the city of Coral Gables . In their only season, the Seminoles took first place in the Tropical Hockey League, whose championship they won. After the league was dissolved after only one year, the Seminoles also stopped playing.
