Corbel is a sans serif font designed by Jeremy Tankard for Microsoft in 2005 . In addition to Calibri , Cambria , Candara , Consolas and Constantia , it is part of the series of new fonts that were introduced with Microsoft Windows Vista , and it has also been used in Microsoft Office since the Windows version 2007 and the Mac OS X Version 2008 included.

Corbel is designed to look neat and tidy on the screen. It contains old-style figures , which is rather untypical for sans serif fonts.
