Career

The 2.03 m tall and 97 kg heavy power forward played in the USA for the East Carolina Pirates in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) before moving to SELLBYTEL Baskets Nuremberg for one season in 2006 . From the 2007/08 season he was under contract with the LTi Gießen 46ers . There he played until the end of the 2008/2009 season, but could not prevent the club's sporting descent in 2009.

For the 2009/2010 season Rouse moved to Finland to Namika Lahti. He then moved to the second French league Pro B , where he was relegated with the club Étoile from the north-eastern French Charleville-Mézières in the Ardennes department after only six wins in 34 games of the 2010/11 season as bottom of the table. Rouse was then committed by the league competitor SOMB from Boulogne-sur-Mer on the English Channel , who was able to qualify for the Pro B play-offs in the 2011/12 season . For the season 2012/13 Rouse moved to another Pro B club in the south of France to Saint-Vallier to Basket Drôme .
