Corio NV
Corio NV was a Dutch real estate company based in Utrecht . In 2007, Corio owned properties with a total value of around 6.8 billion euros, most of which were shopping centers .
Corio operated the following shopping centers in Germany: Centrum Galerie Dresden, Forum Duisburg , Königsgalerie Duisburg and Boulevard Berlin .
Corio was created in 2000 through the merger of Vastgoedfonds voor Institutionelebelgers (VIB) and Winkelbelgingen Nederland (WBN). Corio has been part of the French real estate group Klépierre since 2015 .
