Britt Nicole
Brittany Nicole Waddell (born August 2, 1984 in Kannapolis , North Carolina ) is an American Christian pop / rock singer .
Life
Britt Nicole began singing at her home church in Kannapolis , North Carolina at the age of three . She later became a member of several choirs and bands. Since 2004 she has performed as a solo singer, for which she gave up a university scholarship.
Her breakthrough came in 2009 with her second album The Lost Get Found , which reached number 1 in the US Christian album charts. She was able to repeat this success in 2013 with the album Gold , which was sold almost 100,000 times after being re-released by Capitol Records . The single of the same name from the album was awarded a gold record in 2014.
