Corluddy Castle ( Irish Caisleán Chorrloda ) is the ruin of a low castle near the village of Carrigeen in County Kilkenny, Ireland .

According to O'Kelly , it is a "five-story building without a roof, but in good condition, with the lower arch showing traces of work with willow branches . It is on the open hillside east of the village and belonged to the Grants until it was confiscated during the Reconquest of Ireland . Peter Grant , head of the family clan, died in 1510 and is buried in St. Cainnech Cathedral . "
