history
The building complex consists of two buildings, each with an area of 15,000 m² and 57,000 m², which were built between 2003 and 2007. The taller building of the complex is the 100 meter high Covent Garden B. It has 26 floors and an oval shape, making it one of the tallest buildings in the city and in the country . The lower tower is only 35.6 meters high and has 10 floors. Three further underground floors offer space for 350 parking spaces. Both buildings are connected to each other with a glass roofed garden.
In early October 2007, the building hit the headlines when it was sold to British investment group Evans Randall for a record € 300 million.
