Crafft Gottfried Hennicke
Crafft Gottfried Hennicke (* 1698 in Öhringen ; † November 24, 1767 ) was a German physician , city physician in Öhringen and personal physician of the Count of Hohenlohe- (Neuenstein-) Oehringen .
Life
Crafft Gottfried Hennicke studied medicine at the universities of Tübingen, Jena and Heidelberg and after completing his doctorate initially became a general practitioner in Öhringen. He later became a city physician and worked as a councilor and personal physician to Count Johann Friedrich II. Von Hohenlohe- (Neuenstein-) Oehringen.
On August 12, 1757 he was given the academic surname Hierax III. under the matriculation no. 620 elected member of the Leopoldina .
The physician Johann Christoph Hennicke was his brother.
