Johann Christoph Hennicke
Johann Christoph Hennicke (* 1698 in Öhringen ; † April 3, 1763 ) was a German physician , city physician in Öhringen and personal physician of the Count of Hohenlohe-Bartenstein .
Life
Johann Christoph Hennicke studied medicine at the universities in Tübingen and Heidelberg and after completing his doctorate initially became a city doctor in Öhringen. From 1724 he worked as a councilor and personal physician to the Count of Hohenlohe-Bartenstein. In 1733 he became "joint" city physician in Öhringen.
On October 23, 1756 he was elected member ( matriculation no. 613 ) of the Leopoldina with the academic surname Hierax II .
The physician Crafft Gottfried Hennicke was his brother.
