Craghoppers Ltd. is an outdoor - clothing brand from the UK with a worldwide distribution.

history

According to the company's website, a group of young people from West Yorkshire were planning to climb Mount Everest in the 1960s and needed appropriate clothing. The group researched and developed materials to protect them from the extreme cold. After a successful ascent, Craghoppers was founded; the company makes outdoor clothing.

Products

The company has been making pants , outerwear and shoes for use in the great outdoors since 1965 . This includes clothing with insect repellants, breathable fabrics, fabrics that provide UV protection and easy-care textiles for travel that do not have to be ironed.

The company has been working with British adventurer Bear Grylls since 2011 . With his help, a clothing series was developed based on his experiences.
