Craig Anderson Blackwood (born May 28, 1956 in Whangarei ) is a retired New Zealand squash player .

Career

Craig Blackwood took part with the New Zealand national team in 1979 and 1981 in the World Cup. Also in 1983 he was nominated, but had to cancel because of illness. In singles he was three times in the main field of the World Cup between 1976 and 1980. He achieved his best result in 1980 when he moved into the second round. In 1983 he was New Zealand runner- up behind Stuart Davenport .

His sister Robyn Blackwood , whose coach he was for most of her career, was also a successful squash player.
