Cranborne Manor House is a country house in the village of Cranborne in the English county of Dorset . English Heritage has listed it as a Grade I Historic Building.

The house dates from the years 1207–1208 and was originally a hunting lodge . It was rebuilt for the 1st Earl of Salisbury in the early 17th century . The headquarters of the Earls and Marquesses of Salisbury is Hatfield House in Hertfordshire and Cranborne Manor House is often home to the future heir to the title, who bears the courtesy title of Viscount Cranborne .

The property consists of 120 hectares of agricultural land and over 700 hectares of forests, parks and gardens. In the country house garden there is a water mobile called La Source , which was designed by Angela Conner (* 1935). The garden is regularly open to the public, but the house is not.
