Creature Creature is a band project founded in 2005 by the Japanese musician and singer Morrie ( Dead End ), whose members change depending on the creative phase.

history

Creature Creature is the name of the formatting around Morrie (Dead End), which he brought into being. The first collaboration was with Minoru (The Spin, ex- The Mad Capsule Markets ), Shinya ( Luna Sea ) and Tetsu ( L'Arc-en-Ciel ). They released the album Light & Lust in 2006.

After that it was quiet again about this project until Morrie revived it with new musicians in 2009. This time there were: Hiro (Libraian, La'cryma Christi ), Shinobu (ex-Guy's Family), Hitoki ( Kuroyume , Dummy's Corporation) and Sakura ( Zigzo , Rayflower, ex-L'Arc-en-Ciel, drums). With this line-up they went on tour in Japan and played at several festivals . They also received attention from the Japanese print media. The album Inferno was also released with this line-up .

The third album followed in 2012 under the title Phantoms. At the end of 2012, a Japan-wide tour followed to promote the album, this time Sasabuchi Hiroshi (ex- Plastic Tree ) on drums.

style

Like Dead End, the music of Creature Creature has some Gothic influences, is dark and is particularly noticeable due to Morrie's unusual voice.
