Crile is a very small, cup-shaped impact crater in the Palus Somni , between the Mare Crisium in the east and the Mare Tranquillitatis in the west.
Before his name change by the International Astronomical Union (IAU) in 1976 was Crile as Proclus F referred. The eponymous Proclus crater is north-northeast.
