Don Cristóbal de Guzmán Cecetzin († 1562 ) was governor and Tlatoani of Tenochtitlan .

Cecetzin also Cecepaticatzin was the son of Huanitzin and a member of the old ruling family of Tenochtitlan founded by Acamapichtli († 1391) . He was later given the name Cristóbal de Guzmán .

In the years 1554 to 1556 the office of Tlatoani was not occupied, the Spaniard Esteban de Guzmán ruled Tenochtitlan de jure during this time . In 1556, Cecetzin was initially appointed to Alkalde in Tenochtitlan, but in 1557 there was also appointed governor and tlatoani by the Spaniards. His brother Tezozómoc was one of the most important chroniclers of New Spain as the author of the Crónica Mexicana and the Crónica Mexicayotl . His brother-in-law, husband of his sister Chichimecacihuatl († 1565), was his successor and last Tlatoani of Tenochtitlan.
