Cuny Janssen
Cuny Janssen (* 1975 in the Kingdom of the Netherlands ) is a Dutch photographer .
Life
Janssen attended the Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht (HKU) from 1996 to 2000. During this time she also took courses with Thomas Struth in Düsseldorf and at the Berlin University of the Arts . From 2002 to 2008 she was a freelance photographer for portrait photography for the supplement for art and culture of the daily newspaper Volkskrant .
Janssen has been represented internationally with solo and group exhibitions since 2002, and she has also published several photo books, some of which have won awards. She lives and works in Amsterdam .
