Cyprian Bridge Island is a small island in the Solomon Islands . The island is at −6.85 ° south latitude and 156.18333 ° east longitude. It is an uninhabited volcanic island that lies between the islands of Fauro (30 km southwest) and Choiseul (approx. 100 km northeast). The island belongs to the Choiseul province of the Solomon Islands state .

The island is named after Major Cyprian Bridge (1807-1885), a British officer who was best known for his activities in the Flagstaff War, which was fought against the Maori in New Zealand in 1845. He was the uncle of Admiral Sir Cyprian Bridge (1839-1924), head of the British Naval Intelligence Service. The island, which belongs to the Solomon Islands group, was formed about 25 million years ago by volcanic activity.
