Cyril Buffet
Cyril Buffet (* 1958 ) is a French German scholar and historian .
Life
Buffet is a graduate of the Lycée Condorcet in Paris and the University of Paris IV . He is a doctor of contemporary history and completed his habilitation in contemporary history and German at the University of Paris III . He was a researcher at the Center Marc Bloch , taught at the Ecole Supérieure du Journalisme in Lille , the Humboldt University in Berlin , the Institut national des langues et civilizations orientales ( INALCO ) and the University of Reading . He was temporarily a research assistant at the Allied Museum in Berlin and head of studies at the Seminar Forum in Berlin.
Buffet is diplomatic advisor to a deputy and a member of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Assemblée Nationale.
He also works as a historian, museologist and writer of documentaries and exhibitions.
