The residential building Düsseldorfer Straße 47 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).
The house was built in 1897. It was entered under No. D 010 on November 3, 1993 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
architecture
The house from 1897 is located in the middle of Düsseldorfer Straße. The two-and-a-half-storey plastered building with dividing elements is built in red sandstone and has a facade design using gables , turrets and bay windows . In the tower top there are two coupled arched windows, in the gable field a circular ox-eye . The steep gable roof is broken by two staggered dormers , the fire wall of the house is raised on the right as a stepped gable .
