The Demire German Mittelstand Real Estate AG is a listed German real estate company based in Frankfurt am Main and headquartered in Langen . It owns 84 commercial properties (office, retail and logistics properties) with a total rentable building area of ​​almost one million square meters, exclusively in Germany, valued at more than 1.1 billion euros (as of 2018).

The company was founded as Magnat Real Estate AG. The founding shareholders were the Silvia Quandt family and the financial investors Themis Equity Partners and Heliad Equity Partners.

The object of the company was the acquisition and management of real estate with a focus on real estate development in Eastern European, Austrian and German metropolitan areas. In August 2013 the company was transformed into a stock corporation of the current name.

The company's shares are listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and on the open market of the Berlin, Stuttgart and Düsseldorf stock exchanges.
