DJ Luck & MC Neat is a British UK garage / two step duo consisting of DJ Luck (Joel Samuels, DJ and producer) and MC Neat (Michael Rose, singer and rapper).

The duo had their first Top 10 success in 1999 with A Little Bit of Luck in Great Britain, which was awarded a gold record in 2019 . This was one of the first 2 Step songs to have meaning beyond the UK Garage underground scene .

Together with JJ, Luck & Neat recorded the number 5 hit Masterblaster 2000 (original by Stevie Wonder ) and another top 10 hit with Ain't No Stoppin Us .

Luck & Neat won the MOBO Award 2000 in the “Best Garage Single” category for Masterblaster 2000, and were nominated for a BRIT Award in the “Best British Newcomers RnB / Urban” category. They were also nominated for "Best Garage Act 2000" for A Little Bit of Luck . Her album It's All Good was released in 2002 .
