Dai Yama ( transcription from Japanese 台山 'Plateau Mountain ' ) is a mountain with a flattened peak in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . It rises in the northeast part of the Belgica Mountains .
Japanese scientists photographed it from the air in 1976, took measurements between 1979 and 1980, and named it in 1981.
