Dailius Juozapas Mišeikis

Dailius Juozapas Mišeikis (* 1943 ; † March 2010 in Vilnius ) was a Lithuanian entrepreneur, financial manager and one of the major shareholders of the Lithuanian investment and private equity company Invalda , as well as its advisor (since 2006) and former Vice President.

Training, research

1968 graduated Mišeikis the diploma studies in economics at the University of Vilnius . From 1967 to 1991 he worked as a research assistant, deputy director at the Institute for Experimental and Clinical Medicine. From 1991 to 1992 he was a civil servant at the Ministry of International Economic Relations of Lithuania .

Career

From 1992 to 1998 Mišeikis worked as the director of real estate for the temporary investment company KIB "Invalda". From 1998 to 2006 he was the vice-president of AB Invalda. Mišeikis also sat on the company's board of directors from 2002 to 2006.

Mišeikis was chairman of the board of directors of UAB "Broner", UAB "Wembley - Neringa", UAB "Aikstentis" and board member of Lithuanian companies such as AB Vilniaus baldai , AB FMĮ Finasta , AB Valmeda, AB Sanitas , AB Umega, UAB Hidroprojektas, AB Invaldos nekilnojondasjo turto furto furto , AB Minija; in addition, Mišeikis also acted as chairman of the board of AB Vernitas.

Mišeikis managed 27.86% of the shares in Invalda (15.09% of the shares were given to the daughter Indrė Mišeikytė ). Another daughter, Greta Mišeikytė Myers, also held a small part of the shares. After the death of Mišeikis, his wife Irena Ona Mišeikienė inherited 25.52% of the shares .

In 2006, Mišeikis was, according to the Lithuanian magazine “ Veidas ”, in 19th place in the list of the richest Lithuanians.
