Daisy Tourné
Daisy Tourné Valdez (born March 17, 1951 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan politician .
The teacher is the niece of the former Senator Uruguay Tourné . She belongs to the Partido Socialista del Uruguay and has been a member of the Frente Amplio in the Cámara de Representantes since June 5, 2009 , after having been a member of it in previous legislative periods from February 5, 1995 to March 8, 2007 . From March 8, 2007 to June 5, 2009 she was Minister of the Interior of Uruguay.
