Daiva Tamošiūnaitė
Daiva Tamošiūnaitė-Budrė (born January 9, 1966 in Vydeikiai , Rajongemeinde Plungė ) is a Lithuanian radio and television presenter and voice actress .
Life
In 1983 Daiva Tamošiūnaitė graduated from Plungė 4th Middle School and Children's Music School . She then wanted to study at the Vilniaus universitetas , but was not accepted. She worked in Medingėnai as a teacher of French and music. From 1984 to 1988 she completed a degree in pedagogy at the Vilniaus pedagoginis institutas . She worked in the middle school in Vilnius and from 1993 in the radio stations "Vilniaus varpas", " Laisvoji banga ", " Radiocentras ", " RC 2 " as a presenter and author of the programs. From 2003 she worked for the television channel LNK as a presenter of the programs “Antra pusė”, “Meilės istorijos”, “Istorijos”, “Gyvenimas kaip kinas” and voice actress for films. In 2008 she starred in the film "Nereikalingi žmonės". In October 2008 she was elected to the Seimas Parliament in Lithuania .
From 2008 she was a member of Tautos prisikėlimo partija (TPP).
Daiva Tamošiūnaitė has been married to Dainius Budrys (* 1976), an economist and politician, since 2006 , a member of the Seimas from 2008 to 2012. They have the daughter Adelė (* 2002).
