The half-timbered house Dammer Straße 51 is in the Neuwerk - Damm district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built in the second half of the 18th century. It was entered under No. D 002 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The former residential and stable building in the Damm district, together with its neighboring house, also a leftover farm, is one of the few last objects of the original settlement .

The building in framework construction is eaves parallel to Dammer road, but set back. On the left a former barn door entrance, now redesigned as a residential entrance. To the right a towed roof area. The roof formation in hollow interlocking tiles with ridge and verge protection in natural slate .
