Remarks

  1. ^ The Société Immobilière de Saint-Quentin-Plage was founded around 1893 by Félix Martin under the name Goutelon et Compagnie in Paris. It was transformed on August 27, 1896 into the Société Anonyme de Quend-Plage , a joint-stock company with a capital of 700,000 francs, with its registered office at 47 rue Taitbout in Paris. Félix Martin and Goutelon were its main shareholders. The company's first sub-project included the creation of a plan for 636 rectangular plots with a front width of 14 meters and an area of 376.26 square meters. This plan, with a church in the center, was not implemented. Between 1898 and 1901, the Hotel Bellevue was built for the Société Anonyme de Quend-Plage .
