Daniel "Dan" Collette (also Dany Collette ) (born April 2, 1985 ) is a former Luxembourg national football player .

The striker played in the youth team of FC Orania Vianden until 1999 and switched to the youth department of FC Bitburg . After three years in Germany, he switched to Swift Hesperingen and played the first senior games. In the 2003/04 season he joined the Luxembourg U19 national team in the German A-Youth Regionalliga Südwest and finished 10th. There followed two more years with Swift Hesperingen in the national division before he moved to the Luxembourg record champion Jeunesse Esch in 2006 . In 2010 he was Luxembourg champion for the first time and took part in the Champions League qualification in 2010/11 . He played a total of nine European Cup games for Jeunesse Esch.

For the 2014/15 season he moved to FC 72 Erpeldingen in the honorary doctorate . He only played one season in Erpeldingen, in summer 2015 he moved to FC UNA Strassen . After a total of 256 games and 28 goals in the BGL Ligue , he ended his active career in December 2017.

From 2004 to 2013 he was a Luxembourg national player and played 32 international matches (0 goals). He was also used in various youth teams and scored one goal in eleven games.
