Dancing in the Rain is a song by the Spanish singer Ruth Lorenzo . It won Mira quién va a Eurovisión , the Spanish preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 . The song was automatically qualified for the final of the Eurovision Song Contest, which took place on May 10, 2014, as Spain is one of the five largest donors of the EBU. Here Spain took tenth place with 74 points.

The song was released on February 18 in Spain and the UK by Roster Music as a downloadable version on iTunes. Was written Dancing in the Rain by singer and British songwriters Jim Irvin and Julian Emery.

The music video

The music video for Dancing in the Rain was first released on March 14, 2014. It was shot in the Fabra i Coats factory, a former spinning mill. The video focuses on Ruth Lorenzo and the Italian dancer Giuseppe Di Bella.
