Daniel Flores

Daniel Flores (born February 8, 1975 in Concepcion / Chile ) is a Chilean drummer and recording producer .

Life

Flores was born in Concepcion. His mother fled to Sweden with him and his younger brother Leonardo . After he had settled into the new society and learned the language, he looked for a goal for his future life. At the age of eleven, Flores learned to play the violin . A few years later, Flores was invited to his studio by a friend, a drummer. Fascinated by the equipment and the drums , he also began to play the drums . At the age of 15 he bought his first drum kit. He became a member of the band Mind's Eye , which released several albums, but had no international success. He later studied music for three years, then music production and percussion at the Stockholm Music Conservatorium for two years . Shortly after he was 20 years old, Flores started playing the keyboard . He founded his own recording studio Sound vs. Science . On August 7, 2005, he married the television presenter Ingrid Soto. He is a fan of Genesis and Phil Collins , who influenced his drumming. In 2006 he started developing the project " The Murder of My Sweet " and brought his guitarist friend Daniel Palmqvist on board. Johan Niemann immediately followed on bass. The band was completed with the singer Angelica Rylin .
