Daniel Goldschmitt (born December 22, 1989 ) is a former German football player in defense.

Career

Until 2005 Goldschmitt played in the youth of the Würzburger FV , then moved to Kickers Offenbach . At the beginning of the 2008/09 season Goldschmitt then moved up to the professional team of the Kickers. His first appearance took place in the second round of the DFB Cup against Karlsruher SC , in the third division he came on the field for the first time as a substitute on the eighth match day against VfR Aalen . Goldschmitt played in central defense. In 2012 he had to end his career for health reasons.
