From 2008–2009 he worked as a consultant and partner at the management consultancy AXAS AG, Muttenz. In 2010, Toll Holdings Melbourne elected him Regional Director Human Resources and Integration of the Forwarding Division (TGF) of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (TGF EMEA) region. The focus of his tasks was the development of the human resources management in TGF EMEA and the integration of newly acquired companies into the group.
