Daniel Timmons
Daniel Timmons ( January 10, 1961 - December 18, 2005 ) was an author and Tolkien expert.
Daniel Timmons was Professor of English at the University of Toronto until 1998 and at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada until 2005 .
The title of his dissertation was Mirror on Middle-earth: JRR Tolkien and the Critical Perspectives.
Daniel Timmons is also the author of several essays and articles on JRR Tolkien and made the television documentary The Legacy of Lord of the Rings .
