Daniela Gruber-Pruner (born September 29, 1975 in Bregenz ) is an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ). She has been a member of the Federal Council since 2014 .

education and profession

Gruber-Pruner graduated from the University of Vienna with a degree in education in 2001 .

Professionally, she works for the Austrian Children's Friends , where she is an expert on children's rights .

Political offices

In 2014 she was elected chairwoman of Kinderfreunde Donaustadt and in the same year she was sent to the Federal Council as successor to Josef Taucher from the Vienna state parliament .

Gruber-Pruner's work focuses on children, youth and families.

Daniela Gruber-Pruner is married and lives with her two children in Vienna.
