The Dankeskirche is a Protestant church in Düsseldorf-Benrath .

history

The Protestant community in Benrath built their community center in 1902. The parish had its own pastor from 1903 onwards. The foundation stone for the Dankeskirche was laid in 1914, and the church was consecrated in 1915.

The Dankeskirche is one of the buildings designed by the architect and Protestant church builder Friedrich Pützer . The responsible church builder was Erich Müller. The street leading past the Dankeskirche to the west was named after him.

organ

The organ was built in 1967 by the Berlin organ building workshop Karl Schuke . The slider chests -instrument has 23 registers on two manuals and pedal . The game actions are mechanical, the stop actions are electric.
