Daredo
daredo is a media company from Mannheim in Germany that specializes in electronic music in the fields of techno , house and lounge and indie films from or around Berlin . Daredo GmbH was founded in spring 2004 with the divisions daredo GmbH (digital business, sales and online stores), daredo music GmbH (master rights) and daredo publishing GmbH (publishing rights). Numerous labels were taken over by daredo in 2004 after the bankruptcy of the Under Cover Music Group .
In addition to the classic sales channels, daredo strengthened its activities with its own digital sales department under the name digedo . In February 2010 daredo GmbH took over the technical service provider deeep.net . In 2014 daredo started physical and digital film distribution in Frankfurt am Main . In addition to the film distribution in Berlin , which also began in 2014 , daredo had three locations during this time, with Mannheim still being the company's headquarters.
In November 2017, UCM.ONE took over all music and film rights as well as the label trade marks and film distribution. At the same time, the locations in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin were given up again. Since then, daredo has focused exclusively on the digital and physical distribution of music and films.
