The UCM.ONE GmbH, based in Berlin took over in November 2017, led by Joachim Keil , the music and film rights as well as the labels and trademarks of the Daredo from Mannheim and with it a catalog of the former UCMG . These include around 50 music labels such as Plastic City , Harthouse , Mole Listening Pearls , Noom Records and Time unlimited with around 15,000 titles as well as the film labels Darling Berlin , M-Square Pictures , Artkeim² and NONFY Documentaries with around 50 films. Since then, the company has regularly published new music themes, films and series. In addition to the headquarters in Berlin, UCM.ONE also has offices in Mannheim and London .

UCM.ONE also operates its own theatrical distribution in Berlin. a. Films like Love Steaks (by Jakob Lass ), The Endless Night (by Will Tremper ), Queen of Niendorf (by Joya Thome ), Familienfieber (by Nico Sommer ), Sharknado 1–6 (by Anthony C. Ferrante ), Blind & Ugly (by Tom Lass ), night visor (by Andrzej Zulawski ) and tail wind from the front (by Philipp Eichholtz ) in the catalog.

In May 2018, UCM.ONE will also take over the CiNENET channels from Daredo , on which feature films and documentaries are legally published in full length on YouTube and Dailymotion and offered as video-on-demand financed by advertising .

From season 3, UCM.ONE will be releasing the series Z Nation physically (Blu-Ray and DVD) and digitally in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
