Dariusz Batek

Dariusz Batek (born April 27, 1986 ) is a Polish cyclist .

In 2005, Dariusz Batek was Polish runner-up in the cross country mountain bike competition behind Marek Galiński . At the Mountain Bike World Championships in Fort William in 2007 , he won the silver medal in the relay competition and in the U23 cross country race he was fifth. In 2007 he was national runner-up in the individual time trial of the U23 class on the road . At the Mountain Bike World Championships in 2008 he took fourth place with the relay.

In the 2010 to 2012 seasons, Batek drove for the Polish Professional Continental Team CCC Polsat Polkowice . His best result during this time was second overall in the Polish stage race Szlakiem Walk Majora Hubala .

In the following years Batek rode for smaller cycling teams and in 2016 won the points classification of the CCC Tour-Grody Piastowskie and a stage of the Tour of Małopolska .
