The Secret of the White Deer is a seven-part Czech television series. Directed by Ludvík Ráža .

The story is about a group of children led by Leonie and Ulli. Leonie's father is a forester in a wildlife park with a rare species of white deer. Some mysterious events that endanger the deer happen. Leonie and Ulli, the son of a local police officer, are looking for the person responsible. The suspicious people are a young refugee, the former forester of the wildlife park, an old poacher, the landlord in the hotel "Zum Hirsch", an architect of a motorway and a few others.

The film was shot in Třeboň (Wittingau) and in the Žehušice zoo near Kutná Hora .
