Data report on the vocational training report
The data report on the vocational training report contains a great deal of information and analyzes relating to the development of vocational training. It is a supplement to the vocational training report of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and is published annually at the beginning of April by the Federal Institute for Vocational Training (BIBB).
By 2008, the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training had supplied extensive scientific analyzes and statistics for Part II of the Vocational Training Report. Based on a recommendation from the BIBB main committee in December 2007, the BMBF decided in April 2008 to give the vocational training report a new form. From 2009 onwards, the restructured Vocational Training Report will focus on the most important data and trends as well as their political evaluation. As before, the vocational training report will be drawn up by the BMBF and approved by the federal government. The data report on the vocational training report published by BIBB represents the central information basis for the vocational training report. It provides detailed data and indicators, subject-specific analyzes and extensive information on the development of vocational training in Germany.
