David Anderson (athlete)
David Anderson ( David Lennon James Anderson ; born December 8, 1965 ) is a former Australian high jumper .
At the Commonwealth Games he was ninth in Brisbane in 1982 and fifth in Auckland in 1990 .
At the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo in 1991 and at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona, he was eliminated from the qualification.
In 1988 and 1990 he was Australian champion. He set his personal best of 2.31 m on March 3, 1992 in Adelaide . His younger brother Chris Anderson was also successful as a high jumper.
