David Anear (born March 26, 1948 in Lowestoft , Suffolk , England ) is a retired Australian archer .
Anear took part in the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal and finished there in 13th place. In 2000 he was one of the torch bearers of the Sydney Games . Anear started for the Yarra Bowmen Archery Club .
