David Gervasi

David Gervasi (born August 1, 1983 ) is a former Swiss athlete .

Life

Gervasi is a multiple Swiss decathlon champion . In his youth he competed in alpine skiing for two years and then switched to athletics. First started for ST Bern , before moving to LC Zurich in 2008 . At the beginning of April 2010 he announced his retirement from high-performance sports.

After studying business administration and business informatics, he started his career at the beginning of 2009 as a project manager online / mobile at the Zürcher Verkehrsverbund (ZVV) . Within the ZVV, he held other positions as product manager passenger information and head of IT until the end of 2016 .

At the beginning of 2017 he switched to consulting and is currently working as a consultant at the ProAct Group. There he accompanies companies from various industries in their digital transformation as a consultant, project manager or business engineer.

In his free time he does sports ( jogging , yoga , meditation ). He lives with his family in Zurich .
