David Grégoire (born September 9, 1990 in Chartierville ) is a Canadian biathlete .

David Grégoire studies at the Université Laval and starts for Biathlon Estrie , where he is trained by Martin Tremblay. He has been practicing biathlon since 2001. In 2006 and 2009 he won titles at the Canadian Junior Championships. At the North American Championships in Biathlon 2010 in Fort Kent , he won the sprint title in the junior races and was silver medalist in pursuit behind Vincent Blais . He contested the men's mass start race and finished eighth there with six shooting errors. He also started at the 2010 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Torsby and finished 30th in the individual, 48th in the sprint, 50th in the pursuit and 12th in the relay race. A year later , Grégoire in Nové Město na Moravě was 65th of the sprint and 13th with the relay.
